So the lighting experimenting still continues, & by now on stage 3 i am able to test render the candle light etc. inside the kitchen. I just played around with different tones of ambient seeing how well it reflects off objects & whether the contrast does actually compliment the scene.
But i must say playing around with lighting in maya is pretty enjoyable, & probably might look in to it alot more in the future.who knows???.
Yet again are a couple more updated screen shots of the sort of lighting i was using in todays event, ranging from all sorts of different tones and colours. But still experimentating & hav not settled with a final tone...to be continued.
